Before any external property improvement commences, Article IV, Section 2 of our association’s governing documents requires a specific process of request, review, and decision release to take place. This committee is delighted and eager to help you enhance the curb appeal and increase the value of your property when its time for improvements. We are committed to following this process to ensure all property improvements are compliant and aligned with the requirements of our governing documents.


Article IV, Section 2 – Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

"No improvement, as that term is hereinafter defined, shall be erected, constructed, placed, altered (by addition or deletion), maintained or permitted to remain on any Lot until plans and specifications, in such form and detail as the Architectural Review Committee may deem necessary, shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by such committee. The Architectural Review Committee shall have the power to employ professional consultants to assist it in discharging its duties. The decision of the Architectural Review Committee shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon the applicant.”

According to our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, membership is restricted to a maximum of 3 voting members, but all Lockeridge Farms Association members are encouraged to provide feedback and restriction concerns to the committee. Membership is restricted to Lockeridge Farms homeowners only.

The Social Events Committee is committed to fostering a cohesive community by organizing fun, safe and interesting events for the entire community so families can meet and socialize with each other. If you are a committed, community volunteer at heart and would enjoy brainstorming, planning, or volunteering in events for the entire community, you are encouraged to reach out the Committee Chairwoman at events@lockeridgefarms.net today. Membership is restricted to a maximum of 10 voting members and all Lockeridge Farms Association members are encouraged to sign up to be volunteers during community events. Membership is restricted to Lockeridge Farms homeowners only.
