Additional Dedicatory Instruments (Policies and Guidelines)
In addition to our Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (DCCR), we have filed *Additional Dedicatory Instruments with the Harris County Courts in 2011 and in 2017. These instruments cover a specific group of self-imposed, mandatory policies of Lockeridge Farms.
We all share the responsibility to preserve our community property values and every Lockeridge Farms resident (HOA Member) has a duty to understand our own Bylaws, DCCR, and these Additional Dedicatory Instruments.
